As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting intermediaries and the Business Development team in order to generate new business and all associated support duties.

Requirements
Main duties & Responsibilities:Â
Maintain an agreed number of introducer/stakeholder calls per monthÂ
Develop and maintain contacts / network relationshipsÂ
Cultivate and develop new business opportunities with brokers and intermediaries to generate repeat and referral businessÂ
Ensure consistent delivery of customer experience and level of service, clearly setting out expectations of what can and cannot be achieved in designated timeframesÂ
Influence stakeholders at all levels to help delivery of targetsÂ
Manage multiple relationships at all levels with external stakeholdersÂ
Liaise with brokers on new and existing cases, assessing each case against the lending criteria to identify and assist in a successful completionÂ
Use market and competitor knowledge plus customer feedback to identify new opportunities and identify USPsÂ
Assist design, development and modification of processes and product offerings to best fit customer requirements / gaps in the market on a continuous basisÂ
Representing and promoting the business at trade shows, industry / corporate functionsÂ
Provide regular competitor feedbackÂ
Update CRM system regularly, as a minimum following each broker contactÂ
Complete ‘Case study’ forms for all completed casesÂ
Actively manage loan enquiries from brokers and clients direct, assessing the information provided and undertaking preliminary enquiries to enable indicative terms to be conveyed to the broker/client.Â
Proactively contact existing brokers and prospects to promote the services of our client and win new businessÂ
To provide support to the Business Development Managers for scheduling meetings and follow up from appointmentsÂ
Ensure consistent delivery of customer experience and service levelsÂ
Influence stakeholders at all levels to assist with the delivery of targetsÂ
Use market and competitor knowledge together with customer feedback to identify newÂ
Work closely with the underwriting department to ensure a seamless customer experienceÂ
Support the Director of Sales and the underwriting team as appropriateÂ
Ensure accurate and up to date records are maintained on the CRM system
