About the Role


KFS Recruitment are very pleased to be working with a bespoke Brokerage, based in London, on their search for a Commercial Case Manager to join the growing team.

You will work alongside the Commercial and Development Finance Specialists. We are looking for someone with experience in commercial and development finance.




Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the underwriting process from application submission through to completion,
• Carrying out initial enquiry checks to ensure applications meet the criteria
• Checking the validity and acceptability of documents sent in with the application
• Assess proof of ID, Mortgage history, Equifax search, Proof of Income, Affordability, etc. in accordance with company and FCA procedures, and updating the system accordingly. Support the Underwriting and Sales teams in the processing of specialist lending applications
• Providing support to routine administrative tasks, including data inputting and processing
• Assisting correspondence between the sales team and introducers
• Liaising with lenders and third parties on behalf of the other teams
• Undertaking basic administrative duties across the business

Requirements


Skills/experience required:

· A minimum of 2 years of experience

· Financial services background

· Motivated and focused self-starter who can learn new skills quickly

· Strong organisational, and communication skills and detail-oriented with commercial awareness

· A flexible approach to work, and the ability to work well as part of a dynamic team

· Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress
