Our client is looking for someone who has experience of dealing with the finance functions stated in the job description.
Working pattern is 3 days office, 2 days remote.

Job Title: Finance Operations Analyst

Essential Job Functions

Outline of responsibilities

  • Daily reporting and loan management with external funders

  • Daily review of deal approval models for credit team

  • Preparation of loan redemption statements

  • Preparation and calculation of loan extensions

  • Daily bank journals and reconciliation

  • Daily borrower interest payment reporting to credit team

  • Daily borrower repayment reconciliations and reporting to credit team

  • Ownership of purchase ledger and all payments, including budget tracking

  • Identify areas for improvement across management information and reporting

  • Weekly Reporting to Senior Management of lending activity

  • Exposure to and cover across all areas of the small business as required; Office management, IT stock management, supplier management


Outline of skills/experience required

  • Bridging lender or financial services background preferable but not essential

  • A degree is preferable but not essential

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Willingness to take on all aspects of work in small team/business

  • Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across departments and external reporting counterparties.

  • Time management and multi-tasking across business-as-usual daily tasks and ad-hoc project work
