About the Role

We are working with a Bridging and Commercial Finance lender based in London, who is looking for a full-time Property Administrator to join the rapidly expanding team.

The right candidate will be responsible for all administration and will assist the Property & Facilities Manager.


Your duties will include:
• Answering calls and answering queries
• Managing and maintaining emails
• Filing of emails and necessary documents
• Managing the Property Managers’ diary
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Ensuring safety certificates are up to date
• Managing all utility bills and ensuring these are settled promptly
• Maintaining all service charges
• Maintaining tenancy renewal agreements
• Maintaining and updating internal property files
• Ensuring property insurance documents are kept up to date
• Preparing insurance claims
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Chasing landlords for permissions
• Scheduling works to be carried out
• Liaising with contractors, interior designers etc
• Minute taking
• Preparing marketing information

Requirements

The role would suit a proactive and capable individual. We are looking for a highly organised candidate.


Experience in the property sector would be advantageous, but not essential. You will maintain the smooth running of all property administration tasks.
