Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and process mortgage applications from initial receipt to the issuance of mortgage offers, ensuring a seamless and smooth experience for our valued customers.
Collaborate closely with mortgage intermediaries, showcasing excellent communication skills that reflect our commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Utilise your expertise against the Society lending policy to make customer-driven offers.
Thrive in a culture of continuous improvement, contributing insights into products and mortgage cases.
Requirements:
Recent Underwriting experience, including holding a mandate.
Experience in manual assessment of mortgage lending.
Full CeMap qualification, preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills.
Proactive and positive attitude with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box.
Desire to learn and advance in your career.
