We are working with a growing brokerage looking for an ambitious Bridging & Development Finance Broker to join the team.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role. As a Bridging and development Specialist, you will be responsible for arranging bridging and development finance solutions for property investors and developers.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing client needs
Sourcing suitable lending solutions
Liaising with lenders and stakeholders
Ensuring a seamless and professional service

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Mortgage Marketing and Mortgage Lending
Proficient knowledge of Mortgages and Finance concepts
Excellent Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering top-quality experiences
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and partner engagement
Previous experience in property finance or a related field is highly advantageous
Understanding of regulatory compliance within the mortgage and property finance industry
Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or mortgages CeMAP or equivalent.
