Chartered Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
Location: Egham, Surrey (Hybrid/Flexible Working)
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly professional Independent Financial Adviser to take over an attractive client portfolio, following the planned retirement of a Director.
This firm is renowned for its client-first approach, technical excellence, and the long-standing relationships it builds—many clients have been with the business for over 30 years. You will be joining a highly collaborative and supportive team, with a strong administrative and paraplanning infrastructure to help you focus on delivering outstanding financial advice.

The Role:
As a Chartered IFA, you will take over a high-quality portfolio of clients, including:

• High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals with complex financial planning needs (some with assets up to £6 million)
• Long-standing clients with strong relationships built over decades
• A steady stream of new business through referrals and professional introducers
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing holistic financial planning advice, covering investments, pensions, retirement planning, and estate planning
• Conducting regular client reviews and ensuring ongoing suitability of advice
• Managing new business opportunities generated through referrals and existing relationships
• Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and client care

About You:
• Chartered Financial Planner (or working towards Chartered status with a strong technical background)
• Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser with a track record of delivering high-quality advice
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable, and client-focused manner
• Comfortable advising on complex financial scenarios and dealing with HNW/UHNW clients
