Karen is our Senior Recruiter

Karen started out in recruitment at the age of 18, then backpacked Europe and spent six seasons working in popular resorts as a holiday representative. On returning to the UK, entered the world of financial services recruitment, absolutely loved it, and has never looked back.

Karen loves speaking to people and building great relationships with candidates and clients and gets great pleasure from helping people to achieve their goals.

Karen Loves:

Arsenal (is a silver member at the Emirates), although can often be seen cheering on the local team Dorking Wanderers with her husband.

Socialising with friends and family.

Fun Fact:

Karen returned to Ibiza in 2023 – to work as a holiday rep for a week at the Costa Festival – whilst there she met her teenage crush, who was performing.​​
