Where do I start with Kerry & the KFS team, the Oracle of Bridging recruitment? The Queen of finance? All I know (and I don’t know much) is that since day one KFS has provided over 70% of our team. I find that working with Kerry is unique, she understands our culture, what we do and why we do it. Culture as we know, makes or breaks a business and the team we have assembled, helped hugely by KFS is stellar. I probably don’t give Kerry enough praise but they really have been an essential part of our growth and I could go as far to say we may not even be where we are today without them.
We are still only a tiny way along out journey and there is no doubt that we will continue to use Kerry and her wonderful team to place more and more wonderful people. There are many many recruiters in this space all I’m sure have great offerings but the key for me is the relationship that Kerry builds not only with us, but with the team. We will speak at 12 at night or 4 in the morning (as she’s based in Australia) which works really well for me being a night owl!
The one quality I think is stand out for KFS and Kerry is the integrity, I always know I can trust the team and that I’m never going to be pushed into a situation or made to feel I’ve made the wrong decision.
