Mortgage Advisor

We are pleased to be working with an Essex based broker, on their search for a new Mortgage Advisor to assist in their business growth.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will take a leading role in building an advice function for the direct-to-consumer proposition.

You will be providing mortgage advice to potential customers. This will involve understanding customer requirements / situations. The business care deeply about the experience people have and you will be key in helping customers navigate through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Requirements
CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience providing advice in a regulated mortgage environment
CAS status
Excellent communication and conversation skills
Self-motivated, driven, personable, enthusiastic and a genuine team player
Proactive
Experience of working with shared-ownership schemes / mortgages would be an advantage but not essential

£32,000 plus commission
