Our client is a well-established and highly successful firm of Mortgage Brokers based in London. As the business continues to grow, it is now seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a professional, well-organised working environment
Manage office procedures, systems, and workflows to support advisers and support staff
Provide administrative support for new and existing mortgage business, from initial enquiry through to completion
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, insurers, and other third parties as required
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with FCA and data protection requirements
Support compliance processes, file checks, and general regulatory administration
Manage diaries, meetings, and general office coordination
Act as a point of contact for internal queries and operational matters
Identify and implement improvements to office processes and administration
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience running the office of a financial services practice (essential)
Strong background in mortgage or wider financial services administration
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of FCA-regulated environments and compliance standards
Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of mortgage application processes and lender requirements
