The role of Pension and Investment Team Leader involves leading, coaching and development of a team within the pension and investment department as well as offering support to MD of the business.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team to ensure timely processing of all work received into the department.
A positive attitude towards change, with a desire to challenging our approach to existing work practices.
Being a Pension and Investment Team Leader, you will act as a point of escalation for the team for technical issues, non-standard cases, and member complaints.
Managing pensions and investments including new business, pension and/or investment transfers, pension and/or investment withdrawals, pension and/or investment contributions.
Inheritance Tax planning investments.
Deceased account processing
Pension Sharing Orders
Day-to-day administration tasks.

Experience required:
You will have demonstrable experience managing administration and / or paraplanning teams
A working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) or similar client management systems is desirable.
You will ideally have a qualification relevant to the Financial Planning industry. Such as CII Certificate in Financial Administration, CF1 / FPC1, FA1 or equivalent. Or working towards.
Have good planning and organisational skills.

Additional information:
Farnham based – 100% office based for first six months, thereafter there will by hybrid options
Salary – in the range of £38-42,000
