Property Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within the lending division. Key to this is supervising who will assist partners countrywide, define a clear sales strategy and work out solutions during the sales processes.
This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of agents, supervising Open Days, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while providing exceptional support between Lending BDMs and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead decision making process when it comes to sales
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and support
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
Develop and execute the sales strategy for lending products to achieve revenue targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and advise
Agree pricing, manage offers and incentivise all parties accordingly.
Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field ideal.
Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the residential or financial services industry.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams ideal
Relationship and Client Management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
